I have always wanted to travel south in the winter. Don’t get me wrong, I love upstate New York, I love snow, I just don’t love the bitter cold weather. So in June I decided to book trips through Airbnb to Florida for the month of January, Mississippi for the month of February and North Carolina for the month of March. The NC trip was canceled right before we left so we are now searching for an alternative place to stay either in NC or further south.
This blog will cover the places we’ve stayed, the food we enjoyed and sites we have seen on our travels. Hopefully our likes and dislikes will encourage other travelers to enjoy what we have done and take away the guess work of when trying to find a nice place to stay or eat.

well you picked some great spots..the south is great in the winter can be cold..but that’s fine
have you been to new Orleans..talk about fun and jazz festival in nola..just plain fun
enjoy every minute and beaufort and Charleston and even savannah are a stones throw
from each other and beautiful..
